Both boys and girls divisions will follow the USATF youth age groups:

Ages	Catergory	Years of Birth
8 and under	sub-bantam	2011 or later
9-10	bantam	2009-2010
11-12	midget	2007-2008
13-14	youth	2005-2006
15-18	intermediate +	2001-2004

Athletes must compete in their age groups. No moving up the age categories will be permitted, including relays
Heats may be combined where necessary.
